INFORMATION PURSUANT TO AND FOR THE EFFECTS OF ARTICLE 13 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE N. 196/2003 RELATING TO THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Code regarding the protection of personal data), EMME RACING SAS DI GIAN PAOLO MASOTTO & C., with registered/operating headquarters in Via Giuseppe Verdi, 5 – 37050 Concamarise (VR) as “owner” of the treatment, is required to provide some information regarding the use of personal data. We therefore ask you to read the following disclosure carefully.
The processing of personal data supplied by you as customers or suppliers to this Company, or otherwise acquired in the context of our economic activity, in compliance with the legislative and contractual provisions in force, takes place using manual, IT and telematic tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and may involve all the operations envisaged by Article 4, paragraph 1, letter a), of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.

In any case, all these data are processed in compliance with the law and the confidentiality obligations imposed by it. The data provided may be processed: for purposes related to the reciprocal obligations deriving from the contractual relationship established with you, and thus may be processed for contractual and/or pre-contractual needs and requirements; for operational and internal management needs; for tax and legal obligations; for commercial purposes. In this context, the data you provide could also be transferred to group companies abroad, even in countries outside the European Union.

The processing of personal data supplied by you will take place using tools and devices suitable for guaranteeing security and confidentiality and may also be carried out using automated tools designed to memorize, manage and transmit the data.

We also inform you that – without prejudice to the request for your consent when so required by law – the aforementioned processing of your personal data may be carried out:

(a) by companies, entities or consortia that provide our Company with data processing services or that carry out activities that are instrumental or complementary to that of our Company;

(b) by subjects to whom the right to access your personal data is recognized by provisions of the law or by regulatory or community regulations;

(c) by subjects to whom the communication of your personal data is necessary or in any case functional to the management of our relationships. The art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 grants you specific rights.

In particular, you will be able to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you and the communication in an intelligible form of the same data and their origin, as well as the logic and purposes on which the treatment is based. Furthermore, you can obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as the updating, rectification or, if there is an interest in this regard, integration of data. You can oppose, for legitimate reasons, the treatment itself.

We kindly ask you to promptly notify the company’s reference office of any changes to your personal data in order to be able to comply with art. 11, letter (c) of the aforementioned legislation, which requires that the data collected be accurate and, therefore, updated.
