AVATAR BRAKE SYSTEM

The Italfreno Avatar brake system was designed and built by Emme Racing and homologated in 2020.

The novelty of this braking system is the exceptional master cylinder-pedal alignment which makes the user experience unique and much more modular compared to more common systems. This feature is given by the rod inside the pump, made in ergal, which, when the pedal is pulled, puts the oil in the system circuit under pressure, thus reducing friction.

The brake disc is self-ventilating while the oil tank is normally positioned on the master cylinder but it can also be moved close to the fuel tank so as not to get in the way of the driver.
